Shipping/Receiving and Powder Coat Line (2" ' Shift Managed Whole Plant): Supervise and coordinate job assignments of workers engaged in setting up and tending machinery and equipment; inspect production operations, paint preparation, quality of weld assignments to verify conformance with order specifications using precision measuring instruments and blueprints; coach and motivate to promote good employee work habits and attention to detail, mentor and train new workers and implement process improvements, practices and techniques. February 2000 to June 2011 Lipmann Milwaukee, Inc. Supervisor: Chosen among management personnel to be the 3rd Shift Supervisor. Routinely exceeded expectations for turnaround of work assignments. Team player, worked overtime when needed, including Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities included opening and closing shop, delegate work assignments and train new employees.
