My internship here took place in an accredited laboratory belonging to the Governorship of Kocaeli and is engaged in coal analysis. This establishment is responsible for the analysis and approval of imported coal into Turkey. I learned admissibility criteria of coal and how to make analysis and interpret. I improved my lab abilities and used laboratory instruments during my placement.

This factory has an extensive product range such as: silage stretch film, greenhouse film, solarization film, mulch film, fruit and vegetable bags, silage film, shrink film, shrink hood, strech film, air bubble roll and bags, t-shirt bags, heavy duty sacks and flexible printed packaging . During my internship I inspected all products and processes. This was a chance for me to see how a production process operates and to experience what a chemical engineers role is in a plastic manufacturer factory.

Chemical Engineering - Diploma score : 3.93 / 4.00 I finished my degree in the University of Patra, Greece. I wrote my thesis on the removal of BPA from wastewater by electrooxidation. For my design lesson I designed a factory which produced ethanol from potato starch. I worked with esteemed professors and people from different cultures and backgrounds. I had the opportunity to improve my professional character through teamwork, management of a project and also developed my personal character by living in foreign country.
