Lead software engineering and solution design activities of a StaplesAdvantge group catering to domains such as 3rd Party Integration, Punch-out and Punch in using both WCS and Open Source Platform

Project: 3rd Party Integration –for Copy & Print.

Introduced a new platform for proprietary Print product such as Business Card, Envelopes. Ability to punch-out seamless which will leverage down the line for all 3rd party integration

Lead the Copy & Print engineering team in a major redesign of the product functionality and technical framework including new modules such as a Integration, pricing, rule based engine and application porting to DB2 and Informix.

Achieved significant performance benchmarking and fine tuning of the system. Identified and removed bottlenecks by fine tuning transactions, caching and DB operations.

The product architecture used WebSphere Commerce, angularjs, Oracle, XML, JAXB, JMS asynchronous messaging, MQ, JNI, JSP) The punch-out integration was built using C++, and Oracle. Web Methods integration server with CXML and EDI translation.

Project: Integration Gateway Framework and Standardization.

Standardize the overall Integration process which includes Internal, front-end and back-end call including Punch-out and Punch-in.
