Description : Cox Atlas Project Atlas was initiated to support Cox Business’s goal of growing to a high-performing. Cox Business’s requires new and enhanced operational capabilities to support both its growth and operational efficiency objectives. This program will align the BSS/OSS technology and platform roadmap with Cox Business’s strategy. Cox needs an effective and accurate billing system to be able to assure their revenue. Billing systems process the usage of network equipment that is used during the service usage into a single Call Detail Record (CDR). The billing process involves receiving billing records from various networks, determining the billing rates associated with the billing records, calculating the cost for each billing record, aggregating these records periodically to generate invoices, sending invoices to the customer, and collecting payments received from the customer.

Description : Huawei routers are part of an extensive line of routing hardware from high-end routing platforms for building IP optimized backbones to Ethernet LANs to WANs for small businesses and branch offices. The Huawei Router Equipment Module supports the provisioning of IP services using unmanaged Huawei routers. This situation could occur when a service provider does not manage or control the CE router. Unmanaged routers do not communicate with NetProvision because there is no connectivity between an unmanaged router and NetProvision. The configuration of an unmanaged router must be uploaded from a flat file (input file) into the database.

It consists of three modules Company employee, Company management and Company administration. Company employee module covers all the complaints regarding office and company’s residence. Company administration module deals with the entire administrative functions of the company.
