cocktails. And I have done martini demo’s with working flair every cruise.

Worked in Italian coffee bar as Barista and knows to make all espresso flavor coffee’s.

Worked in pool bars for sail away parties for 3200 passengers every cruise.

Worked in Captain cirlcle parties for most travelled passengers provided qualitty and fast service.

I began my career with The Residency hotel in Chennai as a Assistant Steward in july 2000. This opportunity allowed me to explore in food and beverage service and gain expertise in this art of serving beverages to the guests. With experience I advanced to handling higher responsibilities like special beverage and looking after stocks and maintaining cleanliness at the bar with enthusiastic team .
