JOB DESCRIPTION:

To save lives and properties

Eliminate Fire Hazards

Inspects and classifies all types of structures, determines the presence of fire hazards, checks or test all kinds of firefighting equipment/appliances and warning systems

Responds to all fire incidents and calamities, conducts rescue operations, promote fire preventions and disaster preparedness through fire drill, earthquake drill and first aid, conducts actual demo on proper using of FFE and conducts fire safety seminars

Investigates all cases of fires and recommends safety measures for the hazardous operations/processes and proper handling and storage of hazardous material

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Firefighter:

Immediate respond to any emergency calls as required.

Participates in all emergencies drills, exercises, and trainings.

Checking and maintaining fire equipment to make sure that all are in good and operational conditions.

Checking the flow of fire hydrant to ensure smooth fire operations.

Performing fire prevention inspections.

Preparing and completing fire inspection reports.
