Solving problems related to call drop, Handover Failure Interference detection and rectification.

Analyzing Log Files for poor coverage and quality patches.

Deciding Antenna azimuth by checking coverage prediction and analyzing Drive test log file.

Rx Level/RSCP and Rx Quality/EC/NO Optimization to ensure Satisfaction of customer.

Performing comparative drive test with other operator’s.

Optimization of Network with Antenna Heights, mechanical tilt, Electrical tilt & Orientation according to the Clutter and population density.
