To whom it may concern,
I found your company while searching for an online coding and billing internship. I am a recent graduate from Weston Distance Learning and now have a certification in medical coding and billing. I was impressed with your seeming flexibility in your job requirements, it looks like it would suit my needs quite well. Actually, I would feel much more comfortable in an internship because there is so much to learn in coding and billing.
I’m a natural student who loves to learn and have come to view the coding portion of my new endeavor as a puzzle I’m determined to solve. I like the challenge of that. That, with my years in the healthcare fringes and my natural tendency to study healthcare related topics make this an ideal career for me. As for the billing section, I received A’s throughout it.
I’m an ambitious person who decided to raise a family first. Since I began studying medical coding and billing, I have been deeply excited about beginning a career where I am my own boss and I am responsible for my own successes. I love a challenge and am a perfectionist that wants to be the best at whatever I take on.
Enclosed is my resume. My most fulfilling work experiences were when I was working in the health field, so I see this work as an opportunity to further my career and fulfill my long time desire to have a meaningful, evolving job.
Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you.
