Universal Services Platform (USP)

Prime on location based services platform for mobile subscribers which provides geographic reference information such as X/Y map coordinates to E911 and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) of the governmental agency applications.

Involved in all aspects of technical implementation in upgrade projects and service support.

Responsible for Service Delivery of Universal Services Platform (USP) and API Monetization Platform (AMP) Network/Software as a Services solution. Focused in area of service exposure and orchestration - Service Delivery Platform (SDP), which provided application developers Restful and/or SOAP based APIs and provided network operators and enterprises ways to easily monetize their network/enterprise assets.

Involved in all aspects of technical implementation of service for the new and existing customers. Responsible for implement and maintain the service bringing the business and engineering team together to meet business requirements.

Provide support for Network Operation Centre (NOC) on network incidents. Worked with vendor and customers in critical network incidents configure the remedy and provide RCA.
