Enabled the company reduce the risk ranking of its pipeline assets and also avoid the host government penalty fine by successfully managing the execution of project ($250M) involving installation of associated pipeline facilities on six facilities.

Achieved host government license to operate requirement by the managing and supervising a cross functional team to enable successful completion of turnaround maintenance and new topsides facilities installation on six facilities.

Enhanced team efficiency by more than 20% by collaboration with management, operations and contractors on developing procedures; work practices, processes and optimized offshore execution plans.

Reduced project spent by as much as 30% through improved capital planning and capital efficiency maximization by use of smaller vessels to carry out offshore installation scope and in some areas implemented platform based crews.

Project Engineer 2008 – 2010

ExxonMobil

Pigging Facilities Upgrade Project Phase I, Gas lift Projects and Riser Repair Programme

Reduced the Company’s risk based profile and ensured continued production through its offshore pipeline by successfully managing the execution of project ($110M) involving installation of associated pipeline facilities on four facilities.

Achieved company target of additional oil recovery and production uplift by installation of gas lift facilities on wells with declining reservoir pressure.

Significantly lowered the risk of hydrocarbon (1.8M barrels of oil) release and extended the useful life of the Company’s Pipeline Assets by carrying out pipeline riser cut out/clad repairs on various offshore platforms in Nigeria.
