PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Visually and Dimensionally inspection of parts for defects or damage as per Drawings.

Controlling inspection at the time of incoming, in-process & final stage as per Plan.

Final Inspection of Crawler Drill Machine As per PDI Report & Check Sheet.

Prepare Q.C Inspection reports, Non-Conformance reports and initiate corrective & preventive actions.

Maintain Documents & Records related with Quality Control necessary in Audits

Maintaining traceable records that can be used in audits.

Maintain Calibration record plan of measuring instruments.

Development of product & improve the quality of product by guiding the Suppliers.

Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.

Determining the problem in the machines and offering solutions to the same after checking.
