Clinical and Surgical details:
Anterior segment surgeon, cataract surgery mainly phaco using Oertli machine, pulse and my favorite technique is primary chop.
With Infinti vision ( alcon) I use custom pulse or continuous ozil with ip technology according to the case.
Very rarely ECCE.
Glaucoma surgery: Trabeculectomy with mitomycin-c is my standard technique
Pediatric: Strabismus surgery both horizontal and oblique and congenital cataract.
Extensive experience in the field of ocular traumatology.
Lasik surgery in private practice.
Retina: intra-vitreal injection of anti-VEGF or steroid according to the need.
Argon Laser: Focal, Grid, PRP, vascular occlusive diseases, retinal tears as needed for the case.
Nd-Yag laser: Peripheral iridotomy or posterior capsulotomy as
Years back I used to do by myself fluorescein angiography using Topcon image net system, OCT and perimetry ( Ziess) and of course Ultrasonography and biometry.
Other surgeries but I don’t do any more ptosis levator resection using external approach ( Skin), DCR and retinal detachment with scleral buckling.
