PERSONAL STATMENT

I am professional welder and am currently working at Glow Innovations.

I studied at Nothlink College, one of the most prestigious institutions

in South Africa.

My job is my passion; I am motivated, passionate and always ready to

offer my best. Im focused and very strict with me but also with the

people I work with. I am a perfectionist (As for me, a Bad Job is not a

Job)

My previous experience as operator gave me more skills to work

conscientiously and effective manner. I love my job and I do it with all

the seriousness and all the necessary discipline. I am in perpetual quest

of Challenge to meet that is why I am looking for a more rewarding

work.

WORK EXPERIENCE

WELDER AT GLOW INNOVATION CC, CAPE TOWN

From July 2015 to Now

Achievements and responsibilities:

Dismantle mental assemblies or cut scrap mental, using thermal-

cutting equipments such as flame cutting Torches or plasma-arc

equipment, operate brazing and soldering equipments.

Operate manual or semi automatic welding equipment to fuse

metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc,

shielded metal arc welding to avoid overheating of parts or

warping, shrinking.

Check grooves, angles or gap allowances, using micrometers,

calipers, and precision measuring.

Instruments, recognize, set up and operate hand and power tools

common to welding trade.

Signal crane operators to move large work pieces, chip or grind

off excess weld, slag or spatter, using hand scrapers or power

chippers, portable grinders or arc cutting equipments.

Melt lead bars, wire into reusable form, and operate metal

shaping, straightening and bending machines.
