Designed new SharePoint site that enabled faster onboarding for new partners, laid out process guidelines and procedures, and reduced the operating costs of overhead management by 12%.

Business Program Manager Microsoft Redmond, WA June 2013 – Jan. 2015

Administered a community of 2000+ end users for Windows Phone OS, feature, and usability feedback.

Identified and extrapolated product issues, assigned critical and severity classifications, and worked with product feature teams to prioritize solutions.

Developed and implemented a SharePoint site to function as a repository for the project’s operations.

Supervised various team sizes (at times exceeding 100 people) through a large scale QA Program providing complex technical services using a variety of platforms and technologies. Led daily/weekly meetings with Test Leads, Project Managers, Producers, and other key stakeholders.
