Modelling,Assembly and detailing of sheet metal components & Machining items, implementing those design and testing the final outcome.

To analyses assembly failures in design stage, In case of any faults, reworking on the design and implementing them

Design testing components, fixtures which includes link components and fabricated components.

To calculate bending allowance and bend deduction in sheetmetal then prepare a sheetmetal development drawings,

Preparation of production drawing as per client standards,

To provide ERD in every individual part for Production department,

To preparation of cost estimation,

Preparation of purchase required,

preparation of Nesting Calculation,

Responsible for the prepare Engineering BOM and production drawing.

To maintain daily activity reports and Maintain process flows,

To prepare PDM document files.
