Duties &Responsibilities

To be Responsible for all activities from initial phase of building till its finishing stage.

Prepare works allocation and estimate labour, materials, machinery requirement and discuss the same with PM/ immediate superior.

To attend Monthly & weekly Progress Meeting for Safety & Quality.

Instruct the subordinate to do the work according to the plan, quality and check the quality then and there as prescribed by the company and report for deviation if any.

Coordinate with consultant/client & getting the approval before execution/starting of the

work. .

Checking the effective utilization of all construction materials to avoid wastage and prepare

Plan for all test via cube test, slump test etc, for supporting our bill.

Taking of all finishing activities brick work, plastering, tile, marble, granite, water proofing technique, pop, aluminums works, wooden works and false ceiling.

Painting clearance

Snagging clearance

Co-ordinate with all Plumber, Electrical Technician, Water proofing, tile, granite, POP, external vendors to instruct them on work.
