Work done: studied Value Engineering and its applications in Industries. Organized a cost reduction campaign based on value engineering.

a.) calculate the heat losses from the equipment of chemical, ibu and mca plant and hence calculate the total steam loss cost in rupees.

b.) suggest a method to insulate them with a 50mm thick 416 stainless steel enclosed with glass wool on the surface of various vessels and also calculate the total cost expenditure and hence find out the ROI and payback period

c.) Studied and analyse the major and minor losses in pipe flow and hence total head loss is calculated.
