Led and mentored teams of ~5 testers onsite and offshore on major business releases

for three Visa core system applications including functional, interface, integration, and regression testing. Contributed to defining and refining processes, ensuring the smooth flow of our day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest level of quality on production implementations.
