PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Client Training and Placement project manages the training programs for the clients and its tracking process internally within the company. This project also handles the payment management for each training courses. Application generates monthly reports which depict the monthly training courses offered.
The project tasks follow the testing life cycle which includes thorough analysis of business, functional and technical requirements, detailed test plan and test case preparation, test plan inspection meetings, data entry, test case execution and validation, defect tracking and test management using ALM, metrics preparation and reporting and discussion and coordination with development team.
CLIENT DESCRIPTION:
Iconic Technology Group provides IT consulting, staffing and job assisted in-person and online training. The company also involves in application development for small scale projects. The in person training offers hands-on experience to its clients. It also has an in house development team to support the day to day operations.

The project was mainly to test the end to end features of the new website which was migrated from another server.

Need to regress test the previous features and black box test the new platform. The main tasks where to work on the test case preparation, test case execution and validation, defect tracking and test management using excel, discussion and coordination with development team.

The second phase of the project handles the profile management which includes the work permit, visa processing scenarios and employee training programs. The project also deals with the client profile management.
