PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN:

Performance analysis of a-Si and Pentacene based TFTs. The TFTs were built from scratch by manipulating at the molecular level and finally draw similarities between the performances of Pentacene TFT and standard Si TFT.

Construction of SIS ADC which makes use of switching-threshold of transistor for its operation and use of sleep transistors for static power reduction.

FFT compilation circuit(DIT-FFT) built using current mirrors. Two separate blocks were designed, one each for real-part computation and imaginary-part computation. Final output was based on outputs of these two blocks. EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
