Since July2014 working an as service engineer - customer support (Electrical) in M/s. FORMOPLASTIC CONTROLS (P) LTD, PORUR, CHENNAI. It is a control panel manufacturing company and they give solutions to the all types of control systems.

1 year worked as service engineer in M/s. NAVEEN ELECTRICALS (warmex home appliances), Chennai.

SYSTEM HANDLED:

Past one year I successfully commissioned lot of centrifugal machine automation panels (drive panels) in sugar industries. Commissioned lot of application panels (drive panels).

Working experience in MCC and PCC Panels. Knowledge in MCC and PCC panel logics. Knowledge in switch gears.

Working experience in ABB DCS800, DCS400, ACS800 (multidrive), ACS550, ACS850, MENTOR II (Control techniques), and Vaccon drives.

Working experience in Fx3U, Fx3GE, Fx2N, NEXGEN5000, and NEXGEN 4000, Siemens PLC’S, MISTUBISHI MMI (ms40series, ms70series) touch and button type MMI’s. Knowledge in DCS control system.

Working experience in Multi-function meters, RTD SCANNER, General meters. Working experience in RELAYS, CONTACTORS, ACB, PROXIMITY SENSORS, SOLINOID COILS and PNEMATIC VALVES, Timers and Sensors.

Working experience in all type of electronics kits services and electrical services. Knowledge in all type of electrical and electronic components.

Reading control schematic diagram and interlocks. Basic knowledge in electrical estimations design and electronic circuit design on own.
