Performs data entry to MRP system to track movement of product through production.

Through-Hole and Surface Mount Solder Certifications.

Troubleshoot training on MCU’s and boards that failed from contract manufactures.

Experienced with domestic and international shipping guidelines.

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Keeps records of all serial numbers and part numbers of product shipped.

Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damage items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Routes received items to the proper department or personnel.

Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bill of lading, invoices, orders or other records.

Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons, using stenciling equipment.

Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.

Inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers and protective padding. Binds containers with tape and/or strapping.

Maintains inventory of shipping material and supplies.

Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of material.
