Working as a JUNIOR ENGINEER (Instrumentation Control) in VARIETY SERVICES FOR IND-BARATH THERMAL POWER LIMITED from MAY 2014 To Yet.( A 2*150MW CFBC THERMAL POWERPLANT)

ROLE’S & RESPONSEABLITIY :

Maintenance and trouble shooting of SUPCON ECS700 DCS system for M/S HANGZHOU AND HARBIN supplied Boiler, Turbine, BOP equipment and its auxiliaries.

Hardware maintenance & diagnostics trouble shooting.

Creating tag & trend database.

Backup and restore procedure.

Console maintenance.

Was involved in detecting and rectification of errors in the field as well as DCS and helped in maintaining a low downtime.

Maintenance and trouble shooting of various field instruments like smart transmitters(ABB), power cylinders, Flame scanners, RTD’s, thermocouples, switches etc.

Trouble shooting & calibration of various process control Instruments-such as Control Valves, Dampers, PID controller’s etc.,
