July 2011- February 2016 Foreman Keep unit running and processing water through four systems on our unit, Hydrodynamic cavitation, electrochemical cavitation, Ozone injection, and ultrasound. Test water quality to be sure we have a good percentage of disinfection, adjust set points and values as need it to get the best treatment. Quick response to issues on our unit generator and compressor and fix any problem as soon as possible, diary reports, training operators and new employees. Perform maintenance to the unit to keep reactor and effluent pipes clean and ready for next job. Rig up and rig down aluminum piping, high voltage cables, and air hose. Being sure we all have the right PPE, and safety equipment at location and they all work properly. Have a good communication with other companies at the field and the client.
