oLoan Recapture Specialist 2012-2014: I made outbound calls, made new account packets for indirect lending members, mailed out welcome packets to all members that recently financed a vehicle with the credit union, called to see if I could answer any questions they might have.
oCall Center Representative Tucson, AZ 2010-2012: Responsible for answering any and all questions about the credit union. I assisted the manager and assistant in making lunch schedules, Saturday schedules, and any returned mail that we had received back at the credit union, as well as charging their account for the returned mail.
oMail Processor Officer Tucson, AZ 2009-2010: Responsible for processing all the deposits or loan payments that came through the mail. I was also responsible for completing any address changes that were sent in to the credit union.
