Projects and Maintenance Engineer:

-Projects and maintenance site supervision of all mechanical works such as air conditioning, refrigeration, exhaust fans, garbage chute systems and others.

-Performing of heat load calculations, equipment, pipe, duct sizing and layout.

-Responsible in implementation and monitoring of construction project according to specification as per consultants approved design drawings.

-Review and check mechanical design drawings including technical calculation as per civil defense and city/municipality compliance.

-Coordinate with the construction site engineer and other contractors/sub-contractors regarding site equipment layout, piping, ductworks, installation of HVAC equipment and other related works.

-Prepare staffing schedule on the project site and other maintenance areas.

-Plan/supervises proper observance of preventive maintenance and repair for residential-commercial buildings, hotels, villas, staff’s accommodation and others.

-Monitors repair activity to minimize downtime and inconvenience to facility event activities and tenants.

-Making recommendations and decision for any replacement or additional equipment spare parts and materials with detailed information and justification.

-Assist in the development of formal energy conservation plan that includes lighting upgrades, new technology enhancement and tighter enforcement of established energy management directives.

-In charge for testing and commissioning of all mechanical equipment and HVAC Systems. (Package Units and VRF-Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems)

-Implement standard safety rules and regulations for both projects and maintenance jobsite.

-Perform other task as assigned by the Chairman.
