Quality Analyst (Consultant) March, 2015 to December, 2015 Setup a global procurement system for the company by working with the teams located globally.

On-boarded Vendors from legacy system to new procurement system by analyzing the information available on legacy system. The missing information was gathered and rectified by reaching out to the identified team and also by reaching out to the vendors directly.

Worked with the team and lead the team on on-boarding the vendors through invoices received. Found a better way to gather the required information to on-board the vendor’s, by reaching out to the vendor relationship manager via the invoices. This created awareness, about having to on-board there vendor's onto the system to have the invoices processed.

Developed a tracking mechanism for invoices received for processing. This was later used for analyzing purposes, back tracking invoices and creating report for higher management.
