The project objective is to cope with the recent significant growth in passenger traffic at MCIA. The scope includes building a new passenger terminal (T2) to cater for increasing international operations, modify and expand the existing Terminal (T1) for domestic operations, reconstruction of the existing apron previously used by the Philippine Air Force to serve mainly international operations, and upgrading and expansion of the landside road network.

Structural Assessment of a Residential Property in SBMA

Work involves the structural assessment and preparation of report of damaged roof deck. The roof deck has acquired cracks, believed to be caused by the earthquake. The structure is insured by Federal Phoenix, while the InterClaim Adjustment Co. Inc. is the loss adjuster handling the claim on the building damage.

Novare Design Projects

Cambodian Railways Rehabilitation Project, Southern Line: structural engineer for retrofit of corroded circular reinforced concrete driven piles with the remedial of providing pile tension jacket. This involves cleaning up of the damaged area of piles to remove the defective concrete and steel corrosion extending a new reinforcing cage around damaged area beneath the damaged region to form tension splicing with the adjacent undamaged region and then pouring concrete to complete the repair.

Airport Link – A project in Brisbane involving the improvement of the transport infrastructure around the Brisbane airport. The typical bridge structure is composed of a Super-T superstructure with concrete piers and abutments. Participated in the design of the following bridges: AESBR403, ASSBR101, ASSBR102, ASSBR104, ASSBR106 ASSBR104 and ASSBR109. Do the design analysis of columns, piles and headstocks.

The project involves the preparation of Master Plan and Feasibility Study for the Panglao and Bais Airports, in preparation for Detailed Design And Construction.

SANKYO SEIKI FACTORY BUILDING

The project calls for the construction of two production buildings (Bldg. A & B) and their auxiliaries located within a 6.0 hectares lot at the Subic Freeport Zone.

SAMSUNG UTILITY BUILDING EXTENSION

The project involves the expansion of the existing 53 m x 20 m utility center building on the east side by 8 m and on the west side by 4 m. The utility center building is steel structure with sandwich panel siding.

SEAGATE TECHNOLOGY PLANT

The 26,000 sm., 10,000 Class Clean Room manufacturing plant is constructed on an 8.1 ha. Site. The 8.0 m. high one-storey main assembly plant is provided with a mezzanine floor to accommodate support utilities. Support structures include a two-storey administration building, an energy building, guardhouses, wastewater treatment plant, 3 - day capacity domestic and fire fighting water storage, 60,000 gallon elevated water tank, chemical storage and scrap building, road network, parking and perimeter fencing with gates.

PROCTER & GAMBLE (P&G) CABUYAO GRANULES PROJECT

The project is a dry laundry product manufacturing plant complex. The plant complex comprises of a 59 meter high steel framed process tower which accommodates process equipment for the production of dry laundry compact granules; steel framed multi-storey packing area which houses filtration and products conveying equipment; service corridors for offices, laboratories, etc; utilities silos and loading dock; and other support facilities.

MECHA-TECH BUILDING, PHASE III

Works consist of site grading, an access road, parking, storm drainage system and a new motorized gate. Buildings and auxiliaries include:

Mechatech Building - a three storey structural steel framed production building with area of about 2,100 sq.m. Per floor. The ground floor will house the offices, press machines and water treatment system. On the second floor will be located the silver plating equipment, cutting equipment and inspection and packing rooms. The third floor will house the kitchen and canteen, with provision for expansion for future silver plating and cutting rooms.

Sludge Warehouse – a 150 sq.m. Single storey reinforced concrete structure with CHB walls and metal roofing.

Facility Building – a 120 sq.m. Storey reinforced concrete structure with CHB walls and metal roofing on steel trusses. This will house the electrical substation, switchgear and compressors.

A 50 sq.m. reinforced concrete waste water tank, a septic tank and guardhouse

6,000 TCD CANE RAW SUGAR PLANT

The project calls for the design of a cane raw sugar plant in a 12 hectare site located near the sea Lily, Zamboanga del Norte. The plant consists of 19 buildings and 21 non-building structures.

DETAILED DESIGN OF A DEARATOR STRUCTURE

An equipment steel braced frame building 37x42x26 meter high to house three (3) dearator equipment each having operational load of 1000 tons and installed on the 15-meter level. The detailed design included that of the structure’s foundation.
