Designed, built and managed the Service Delivery team. Responsible for ensuring all change and problem management documentation was accurate and in compliance with all company policies. Responsible for understanding and approving all change requisitions for the Client Computing and Network Services organization. Lead on all problem management activities across the organization as Subject Matter Expert (SME) Key contributor for the organization in the Change Review Board and Problem Review Board meetings that were held weekly.
Created, prepared and hosted weekly operations review meeting for the Executive Director of IT.
Tracked and managed the lifecycle of all long-term remediation for major incidents. (Problem Management) This improved escalation and resolution times for all major outages by an average of 1 hour.

The design addressed diverse geographical points-of- presence and provided comprehensive authentication and usage reporting.
Designed, engineered and built data center in Memphis which provided dynamic failover in case of a catastrophic impact of unscheduled downtime. Project completed under budget and on time.
Implemented a company-wide VPN Network Infrastructure to support Client and B-to-B connections. The design provided a secure transport mechanism for Business partners by offering a low-cost, secure alternative to Frame relay and provided a significant company cost savings.
