Quality Assurance Training 06/2012-06/2013
During this period of time I’ve learned SQL data basing, the fundamentals of testing as implemented in the IT industry both manual and automation, testing tools such as QTP/UFT, and QC/ALM, various testing methodologies, became familiar with different operating systems, and the understanding of various business documents.
First Drive 07/2013-07/2015
QA Tester
During this period of time I’ve worked as a QA Tester. I’ve performed various types of testing including functional, negative, regression, smoke, Black Box, White box, and integration testing. I have written test plans and test cases and executed them using Quality Center. I have attended walkthrough meetings with the Business Analysts, Project Managers, Business Managers and QA Leads. I have not only preformed front end testing but have also preformed back end testing. Written SQL commands and executed them for back end database validations. I have written defects as they are found using Quality Center. Attended requirement review meetings and worked with the Business Analysts to get business logic clarifications and provided feedback. I’ve also used strategic ways to think outside the box in order to find bugs and defects.
Selenium Training 08/2015-Present
Currently, (08/2015-Present) I am training to start using automation tool Selenium. This training is taken online 4 times a week, during non business hours.
