Electro-Mechanical Designer experienced in design packaging of electronic equipment both for commercial and military aerospace application consisting of sheet metal, machined, sand, die, and investment casting and injection molded plastic parts, electric cabling and harness design. Designs range from ARINC 600 style FADEC enclosures to custom “Black Box” Electronic Starter Controllers for Auxiliary Power Units/Gas Turbine Engines. Customer application includes Boeing, Airbus, Embraer aircraft and Sikorsky helicopters. Experience includes: Creating 3D solid model designs using Unigraphic NX7.5 software complimented by TeamCenter 9. Experienced also includes checking all forms of engineering drawing documentation to ensure customer compliance specifications/requirements are being met.
