Responsibilities included preparation of monthly financial statements, managing the automobile floor plan and the financing company on a daily basis. Managed cash flow, banking transactions and payroll. Responsible that all bills were entered and paid timely. Worked directly with the funding bank to insure that all paperwork was received and to follow up on funding. Interacted with president on a daily basis.

Controller for a growing multi-unit casual restaurant group with a concept in serving great food and drinks. Responsibilities included the preparation of weekly P&L’s and flash reports. Oversaw the entire accounting operation to insure that the reporting was accurate and correct. Attended weekly meetings with the owners and top level management to review operations and to provide feedback.

Controller for a major wholesale flower importer. Responsibilities included overseeing two offices in CT & FL.

Responsible for making sure all vendors and farms were paid on a daily basis. Handled all bank issues and

Oversaw the daily operations for a multi-unit casual foods restaurant chain. Responsibilities included dealing with vendors & banks on a daily basis. Preparation of weekly in house payroll with Paychex and ADP for all stores. Dealt with all issues pertaining to the stores such as monitoring food & labor percentages. Preparation of monthly financial statements which were sent to the franchisor and banks. Interacted very closely with the owners and the director of operations.

Controller for a multi-unit McDonald's operator with nine stores in the New York area. Responsibilities included overseeing the day to day operations of the stores dealing with store issues, vendors & banking. Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements. Oversaw the in-house preparation of payroll for all the stores. Worked very closely with the owner-operator on a daily basis.

Responsibilities included handling a monthly workload of twenty clients per month. Prepared monthly financial statements which were sent to both the franchisee & franchisor. The majority of these clients were McDonald's owner-operators. Responsible for the preparation of all personal & corporation tax returns for these clients. Prepared monthly payroll taxes and sales tax returns.
