Built a construction company in 1989 and joined a Log Home and Timber Frame Company in 1991. I’ve built more than fifty new homes and also remodeled numerous homes since conception. I kept the company successful through twenty five years. I had six employees to build homes funded by banks (or lenders) that required draw schedules. Projects consist of coordinating sub-contractors or skilled tradesmen. My business consists of projects that ranged from $10,000-$4 million.
