As a Business Process Lead I served as Liaison between the manufacturing operations and the IT department on SAP upgrade along with new business/system standardization policies. A major task in that role was to identify and resolve any business or system gaps.

In this Sourcing Specialist role my major goal was to develop strategies to centralize and leverage the spend for nine of our plants. I also had the responsibility of participating in supplier audits and the supplier selection process.
