Part of the Care team supporting 2G and 3G networks for telecom carriers in the Andean region (Colombia, Ecuador and Peru) being the primary customer interface to effectively analyze, solve and escalate major problems and technical enquiries related to equipments such as HLR, MSS, MGW, BSC and NEMU, reported problems were reduced by 30 % during this period of time.

Developed, executed and documented several maintenance activities (MOP) to solve problems and fulfill new requests/features and requirements for 2G and 3G equipments all of them executed with the less possible service impact.

Implemented 3G new sites for Telefonica Moviles Colombia including commissioning, integration and test, all sites were successfully accepted without problems and within the established time, sites included HLR, MSS, MGW and NEMU.
