20+ years’ experience; electrical and instrumentation contractor focusing on industrial construction and commissioning. Strong emphasis on power distribution including high voltage for power generation plants, maritime vessels and petrochemical (oil and gas) projects. Highly experienced in commissioning to DNV, NORSOK, ABS and local country standards. My most recent duties were specialising in the Energy and Water industry, Kuwait installing 11kv switchgear (Distribution, main feeder, transformers and soft starters) and control protection fed from the 330kv substation and back up generator plus all associated DCS controls and instrumentation for the ABB system pumps. Previous to this was in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Training and previous projects include commissioning, high voltage switching and earthing, testing and construction of Siemens high and low voltage power systems (33kv to 240v) and site safety management responsibilities in the EU and UK.

My Oil & Gas role (chemical and petrochemical hydrocarbon process refineries) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province is for a Multi-international Engineering firm with bases on all continents specialising in Oil & Gas EPCM and large scale construction.

Provided interface and technical support services to the Saudi contractors involved in the Electrical & Instrumentation construction on the 26 plants being built on the Sadara project ($20Bn).
