Eliminated many error-producing steps by leading a work cell Kaizen event. Facilitated the documentation of the new work process.

Condensed cycle time from multiple days to less than six hours by transforming the existing workforce from a job shop to cellular modules. Through a managed collaboration with workers over several months we created a new structure and work process.

Ran job-sharing pilot on shift that ultimately reduced headcount by 13%.
