hours of Financial Management / Legislative & Regulatory Compliance
courses (i.e. SOX, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, CFPB, OFAC, BSA).

standard model template that optimized the organization's print fleet.

southeastern region; led talent management efforts to staff of 30. Oversaw delivery services of facilities and MAC (Move, Add, Change) managers to ensure customer expectations met business needs. Collaborated with GMAC Real Estate on space projects, as well as lease issues.

and MAC process.
o Secured $167K in savings by outsourcing Mail Center and migrating
to a FedEx Shipping & Handling System at 2 sites.

consolidated office space and subleased entire office building floor.
