Project Name: Multi currency Statement generation

Project Description:

I-Bank Email/Print registered customers used to get statements in INR only before deployment of Multicurrency statement generation project. In this project, customers used to get statements generated in INR as well as accounts maintained in other currencies (e.g. USD, GBP,CAD etc.)

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis

Making Test Plan following with HLD

Writing & executing Test cases, logging defects, coordinating with developers and meeting deadlines

Analysis of the requirement document and FRD sends by client and preparing the estimates

Analyzing the Technical Design Documents and Preparing Test Approach Documents

Review the TA documents done by the others in the team

Attending Various Ceremonies every day to update the status, plan, groom, and retrospect the work done

Writing the Test cases, executing, logging defects, coordinating with developers and meeting deadlines

Project Name: Password Protected Statement Generation

Project Description:

Customers receive monthly/quarterly/annual statements in PDF format via their registered email ids but these statements were not password protected. As per RBI (Reserve Bank Of India) guidelines, it became mandatory to provide password protected statements to customers.

As per requirement, customers should get password protected statement. Password must be 12digit account no. to open the account statement.

Role and Responsibilities:

Analysis of the requirement document and FRD sends by client and preparing the estimates

Analyzing the Technical Design Documents and Preparing Test Approach Documents

Review the TA documents done by the others in the team

Project Description:

To provide better and satisfied customer services to wealth customers, it was an initiative from I-Bank to include Relationship Manager and Customer Service Managers’ name in account Statement.

Making Test Plan following with HLD

Coordination among stake holding technical teams

Project Details: PAV (Physical Asset Verification Application) is a software developed for internal customers of bank to provide user details, location/branch details and asset details (both IT and non-IT) and also generate reports based on the assets available in the branch, their verification and reverification details, audit trails.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirement analysis

Conducting business analysis, project assessment and feasibility determination, which includes analysis of data, feed requirements for new products and ultimately reducing the outsourced fees

Strategizing project scoping and specifications documents, to clearly communicate the project roadmap.

Producing user manual for Content Management System.

Helping the Project Manager who is working with a team which includes developers, designers, usability architects, and content producers in order to achieve milestones decided for the projects

Assigning Q.A. team members to develop test cases, browser requirements, functional analysis of online products, and worked with the stakeholders to conduct interim project reviews and final project tweaks prior to launch
