Banesco International Corp., is a U.S. based company, that operates as the international headquarters for the Banesco Group that provides a wide range of banking, payment solutions, insurance, financial services and products offered in the United States, South America, Central America, the Caribbean and Europe.
Directed the Corporate Projects Management Office of Banesco International Group with coordination between the corporate portfolio and the portfolio from each of the subsidiaries of this Group.
Design and development of training seminars for implementation of the best practices of strategic management and projects management in all Banesco International Group enterprises.
Executed the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard methodology from Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Norton in 7 enterprises (4 banks and 3 insurance companies), covering strategic planning at the enterprise level as well as all the support and business units of each company.
Liaised and coordinated the creation and establishment of project management offices for 3 banks and 3 insurance companies maintaining corporate standards, following the methodology of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Coordinated the projects for opening 3 new operations in different countries – banks in Panama and Dominican Republic and an insurance company in Dominican Republic, including the processes of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closing.
