OBJECTIVE

Handled end to end recruitments for PAN India.

Involved in end-to-end life cycle of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing & short listing, qualifying skills, fixing interview scheduling, follow-ups and closing.

Having Strong Sourcing skills, sourcing the profiles through job portals, employee referrals, social networks, headhunting for sourcing technical talents.
