Planned, coordinated and helped supervise maintenance functions for Cereal Plant Two (120,000 sq ft) and the entire Warehouse (Approx 680,000 sq ft and 14 miles of conveyors). Maintained manufacturing packaging and process machinery, facilities, and utilities. Scheduled all downtime maintenance activities with in-house and contract personnel. Employed IBM Maximo Asset Management software to write job plans and Bills of Material for planned maintenance, both corrective and downtime. Set specifications for replacement parts and upgrades including obsolete components. Planned, organize, schedule and supervise maintenance activities during plant outages. Wrote and edited Preventative Maintenance programs including adjusting frequencies and job tasks as a result of CI Activities, Troubleshooting, Best Practices and implementing Condition Based Monitoring.
