Oversaw all logistical functions from ordering and procurement to final turn-in of all equipment for base closure. • Flight Paramedic - Academi: Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (Africa) Dec 2012-Sep 2013: responsible for in-flight care, treatment and transport of SOF personnel on fixed wing platforms from forward operating areas to areas of higher medical care.

• Camp Paramedic – Europ Assistance: Moundou, Chad (Africa) Mar 2012 – Aug 2012: Sole medical provider responsible for the primary and emergency care of expat employees at two camp sites located in the Moundou area of Chad.

• Training Officer/Senior Instructor – MOTC: Various locations (CONUS) Apr 2007– Present: Training Officer and Senior Instructor responsible for all didactic materials with Medical Outfitter Training Con- sultants. Responsible for the EMT Tactical course developed for an agency within the Department of Justice.

• Camp Paramedic – Europ Assistance: Moundouli, Chad (Africa) Apr 2007 – May 2007:Sole medical provider responsible for primary care of 100+ on base personnel in extremely remote medical clinic.

• Paramedic – KBR LOGCAP III, Sites: D5, D5C and D9 - Baghdad, Iraq, Apr 2005-Oct 2006: Para- medic in charge of all primary patient care for all KBR employees (200+ personnel) as well as emer- gency care for another 700+ subcontractor workers for three sites.

• Special Operations Medic, USAF, 16th Operations Support Squadron, Hurlburt Field, FL, Nov 2002-Jan 2005: Hand-picked for special operations duty assignment in Air Force Special Operations Command

(AFSOC). Served as an Independent Duty Medical Technician (IDMT) and National Registry Emer- gency Medical Technician – Paramedic (NREMT-P). Responsible for providing medical and dental care as well as advanced cardiac/trauma life support to special operation forces in austere environments. Planned, coordinated, and conducted casualty evacuation using special operations forces rotary and fixed wing aircraft.

• Manager, Preventive Medicine Clinic, USAF, 99th Medical Operations Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV 2002: Responsible for starting and managing a new preventive medicine clinic from the ground up that was responsible for the annual preventive health assessments for all active duty personnel (9000+) assigned to Nellis AFB.

• Shift Leader, Emergency Services, USAF, 99th Medical Operations Squadron, Nellis, NV, 1999-2002: Directed physicians, nurses, medical technicians, and administrative personnel in the role of shift leader in the Emergency Services department that saw over 27,000 patients annually. Responsible for the over- sight on a daily basis of one to two physicians, two nurses, four enlisted medics, and two administrative technicians. Directly supervised and trained six enlisted personnel on an annual basis.

• Ambulance Services Journeyman, USAF, 99th Range Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV 1997-1999: Provided emergency ambulance service for Indian Springs Air Force Auxiliary Field, located 50 miles northwest of Nellis AFB on the Nellis Southern Ranges. Responsible for an area covering over 1.1 million acres, with a population of over 600 personnel.

• Medical Service Specialist, USAF, 436th Medical Operations Squadron, Dover AFB, DE 1993-1997: Performed all aspects of medical care including inpatient nursing care, allergy and immunizations, and emergency medicine.
