EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

20+ years experience in analyzer system engineering which included project engineering management, and project costing. Experience in process gas chromatography: column/valve engineering and test/check-out, and sample conditioning system engineering; sales support experience reviewing design specifications from end users and engineering firms, writing technical exceptions.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

Petrochemical - Engineering of the installation of viscometers and melting point analyzers at Shell Oil Company, Deer Park, Texas facility (1988). 28 years experience in engineering and design of analyzer and analyzer systems for the petrochemical industry.

Process Gas Chromatograph - Includes the engineering and design of columns and valving configurations for gas chromatographs.

PC - Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, and other packages.

Sales and Sales Support - Costing and pricing of analyzer systems including houses with a variety of analyzers installed.

Control Systems - worked on projects where specifications were written for the following analyzers: gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, density analyzers, infrared analyzers, thermal conductivity analyzers, pH analyzers, electrolytic conductivity analyzers, total sulfur analyzers (via both G.C. & oxyhydrogenation methods), moisture analyzers, flue gas analyzers, process analyzer houses and CEMS systems.

Project Administrator - Includes the administration of system orders at Foxboro. Orders were administered from receipt of order through customer acceptance of the fulfilled contract. Responsibilities included the following:

1.Reviewing orders financially and contractually, resolving questions and problems through contact with sales personnel and/or customers.

2.Entering orders into scheduling of task centers based on scheduled commitments to customers.

3.Monitoring order progress through all task centers with emphasis on schedule and budget compliance and discussing schedule and budget deviations with appropriate task center managers achieving schedule and budget integrity.

4.Report on order status to management and customers as required.

5.Provided traffic department with information on domestic and overseas shipments; assured export license acquisition.

6.Handled post-delivery commitments and customer needs, including start-up assistance, service, furnishing spare parts, and training.
