• It is the single system of entry for capturing a large number of needs, including customer interactions and concerns, recording vehicle issues and repair documentation, invoicing and tracking payment, inventory management, executive reporting and resource planning, etc.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for offshore Coordination including the efforts, billing and resource utilization.

The Field Portal is about streamlining communication to the field and improving the feedback loop between the field and headquarters. The business drivers are:
1. Email is overused to communicate between HQ, field managers, and field force (best practices, brand updates, success stories, objection handling, and positive feedback, evolving themes)
2. Too much brand information is in silos. Many in the field want more visibility into other brands.
3. Feedback loop between field and HQ is inefficient and overly cautious (the field holds back their honest opinions and doesn’t always know where to turn)
4. Groups share responsibilities to update certain files; emailing back and forth leads to email “paralysis” and lack of version control
