DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Job instruction sheet, drawing, ensuring & providing safe working environment
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the processes according to the given procedure in the checklist
Doing inspection of all manufacturing stages & controlling the non-conformity
Erection execution of Porta Cabins
Erection & execution of PEB Structures
Erection & fabrication of MS Structure & PEB Buildings according to design & specification for Site work
Regular production planning with all concern contractors & its close monitoring to achieve the targets
Follow up with all concern dept i.e. Q.C, Design, Purchase, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, Machine Shop Area to get the work done smoothly
Maintaining the house keeping in shop floor
Preparation of daily production reports and job cards
Arranging, maintaining and prepare records of material from store
Utilization of manpower accurately
Perform Visual Inspection on completed welds for the occurrence of Porosity, Cracks, Undercut and Spatters
Checking of DFT of paint applied on the job
Awareness of productivity, quality improvement of safety awareness to contractor and workers
Stage wise monitoring of work as per drawings and specifications
Preparation of MIV as per BOM

Project of Pre Fabricated Bunk House Used as Accommodation, Site Office, Workers Tee Room, Pantry Unit etc.
For ACG Group, completed site erection work before time to their satisfactory level for their Canteen Unit at Dahanu Road.
Also worked as Site In charge at MLQ Platform, Bombay High - Off shore, Mumbai & PLQ Platform, Kakinada for Larsen & Toubro Ltd for their Accommodation unit.
