In a short period of time I have obtained two Juniper certifications(JNCIA and JNCIS) and I have managed to master several Juniper switching platforms like EX,QFX and QFabric

Given the fact that I was part of the team that offered maintenance and troubleshooting services for the Vodafone Italy network I have had to learn the Italian language as all the applications and all the communication with the field engineers was in Italian.
Another important accomplishment that I have obtained during my time in this company was making a quality troubleshooting in a very short period of time as most of our incidents required a fast resolution and engagement of the appropriate team to resolve the issue.
