Responsibilities & Achievements (LPGCL):
Line patrolling, Operation & Maintenance of 33kV Double circuit Transmission Line(35kM) upto 33/11kV Substation, testing & trouble shooting of 2Nos, 3.5MVA Power transformers, & 11kV RMU, 30Mtr High Lighting Masts & DG sets upto 250kVA.
Planning, Billing& Inventory.
Preventive maintenance of HT & LT motors installed in main plant area like MDBFP.PA Fan, FD fan, ID fan, and Mill Motors & Lube oil drives etc.
Operation & Maintenance of 11NosX11/0.433KV substations through which power is fed for construction activities inside the plant boundary.
Preventive maintenance of 11kV & 6.6KV HT boards installed inside Power House Building.
Ensuring round the clock manpower by preparing the shift schedule for all areas like Switchyard, BTG, BOP & Construction Power.
Maintaining Proper T&P record and ensuring minimum T&Ps to technicians & issuance of important tools during planned & major shutdown.
Ensuring proper PPEs to workmen engaged in O&M jobs & conducting daily Tool Box talks to the workers.
