Duties:

Adhere to safety and perform duties according to the permit to work system.

Perform preventative maintenance, daily plant check and safety inspections.

Perform maintenance and routines on all rotating equipment

Maintenance on filter packages, heat exchangers (Shell and Tube) and plate coolers.

Commissioning of new and overhauled equipment’s

Attend to Breakdowns on the plant to limit down time and keep production loss to minimum.

Overhaul, maintaining and fault finding of pumps.(Centrifugal and Reciprocating)

Making keys for shafts etc.

Do alignment on all necessary equipment (Both DTI and Laser alignment)

Assist production with decommissioning and commissioning during shutdowns.(Spading, De-Spading and purging equipment)

Overhaul different types of valves. (Gate valves, Non-return valves, PSV’s, etc.)

Pressure testing of all equipment.(Exchangers, Vessels)

Maintenance on Fin-Fans, V-Belts, Conveyer Belts

Maintenance on Gearbox and Bearing Box
