Supervises in excess of 30+ student and full time staff, providing patron and customer services for well over 250 clients, supervising schedules, overseeing labor hours and budgets to include purchase orders over a budget of over $150,000 and, developing and implementing aquatic center operational processes and procedures.

Selected as Head Coach, designed and developed plans in starting high school’s new women’s soccer team. Fundraised $96,000 over 6 years equipping teams with uniforms, goals and soccer equipment, developed detailed annual schedule and tryout regime, and developed Training Plan. For increased exposure of young woman student athletes build an expanding network of social media to reach out to over 350 colleges and universities. Results: Selected as Coach of the Year; League Champions 3 of 5 years with back to back titles; CIF San Diego Finalists and Semi-Finalists.

Researched, developed and managed over 20+ aquatic’s center detailed operating procedures including pool operations, maintenance, set-up for all aquatic sports, water polo matches and swim meets as well as its initial strategic plan where none existed. Results: Reduced time by 20% in all aquatic center operations and eliminated errors previously made from not having documented procedures.

Coordinated, developed and managed the plan of action and milestones for a local school district’s personnel commission in developing business plan since no plan existed. Researched, facilitated, led, developed and managed/implemented business plan with associated key success measures.
